Fall is a favorite season for many. The weather cools and the trees begin to show off their splendid colors. Join us for a celebration of the Rio Grande cottonwood trees at the Leonora Curtin Wetland Preserve. Visit during our regular Saturday hours to enjoy the peak of the Cottonwood fall foliage. From 1-3pm, our education staff will be on site with fun art and science activities for all ages!

Cottonwood Celebration is also the final weekend that the Leonora Curtin Wetland Preserve is open for the 2019 season.
