Searching for a way to look and feel younger? Discover how to reduce the signs of aging and restore the appearance of a more youthful face and spirit through simple, natural and centuries old Asian holistic approaches including skin care, facial acupressure/exercises and lifestyle techniques.

During class you will create your own herbal longevity tonic, facial scrub and mask to take home with you. We’ll discuss easy to grow plants to use in your personal beauty regime and you’ll leave with the seeds to start growing your own garden of youth. Prepare to have your friends and family start asking you what you’ve been doing differently to suddenly appear so much younger!
