Come to the beautiful Santa Fe Botanical Garden for stretching, wellness and relaxation. There are few outdoor locations in Santa Fe that can rival the quiet beauty and tranquility of the Botanical Garden at Museum Hill. You will relieve stress and quiet your mind in a supportive atmosphere with this morning yoga class. The format is a vinyasa flow class that is open to all levels, from beginner to expert. Mats will be available at the garden.
About our Tuesday Yoga Instructor: Kristyn Arnold enjoys teaching a lively Vinyasa Flow combining breath work, basic poses, and creative sequencing. Her goal is to create a space where people can breathe, center and practice self study. Yoga has been an amazing gift and part of Kristyn’s journey for the past decade, taking many different forms of healing over that time. She loves sharing yoga with others and helping people tune into their own inner guidance. Kristyn is an RYT 200-hour yoga instructor and also has a 200-hour certification in Bhakti Flow yoga. When she’s not teaching, Kristyn enjoys traveling the globe, being outdoors, and dancing.
About our Saturday Yoga Instructor: Sheena Chakeres is a former dancer and martial artist. She has rekindled her love for movement through her yoga practice, and after moving to Santa Fe in 2013, began to appreciate the breadth of its benefits for the human spirit. Cultivating a vibrant, yet calm space, she explores asana with her students through a balance of control and play. Above all, she hopes to share the benefits of yoga practice as they translate off the mat and into our daily lives. Sheena is an RYT 500-hour yoga instructor and also has a 200-hour certification in Prana Vinyasa yoga. When she’s not teaching, she enjoys hiking long spans of forest trails and traversing the new journey of motherhood.
Yoga will take place every Tuesday at 8:00 AM- 9:00 AM from June-September, and every Saturday from 10:00 AM- 11:00 AM from June-August. Register to attend these classes through our Calendar >
