Learn how to identify common weeds and invasive plants, interesting facts about them, and how to prevent and control their spread. The class starts with defining the terms native, non-native, weed, noxious weed, and invasive. There is a focus on weeds and invasive plants that gardeners tend to encounter in their landscapes. Prevention and control focus on techniques useful to smaller scale landscapes.
