Shelly Moore
“As a photographer my goal is to inspire a closer look and deeper contemplation of a world we take for granted and often don’t see.  Each image I make is done with respect for the subject, be it a person, flower or tree; my portraits present them exactly as I see them.”

“Gone to Seed”

After retiring from a career in publishing Shelly Moore works as a freelance photographer specializing in flower portraits and landscapes.  Her work has appeared in juried and group shows, including New Mexican Women Artists, New Mexico Women Photographers and the Annual New Mexico Photography Show. In addition her photographs have won numerous awards including Best of Photography Annual, calendars and magazines such as the New Mexico Magazine, New Mexico Treasures Calendars and the Black and White Magazine which featured her portfolio of Night Flowers.  Website:
